Metro Fiesta is the annual Regional Trade Fair (RTF) of the Department of Trade and Industry - National Capital Regional Office (DTI-NCRO) started in 2017, and has been ongoing ever since.

It is the major and culminating component of the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Next Gen Program, a platfrom where the best and finest crafts in the processed food, wearable, and home decor sectors from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Metro Manila are featured.
DTI-NCRO started its first ever virtual fair in 2020 in response to the pandemic and has continued it this year to support MSMEs and buyers who are not yet ready to participate in the physical fair. This aims to promote and further expand the market of new and existing MSMEs in the region amidst the ongoing health crisis. It also aims to continually develop globally competitive and innovative products with an ability to increase production capacity and sustain their profitability.
The DTI promotes access to markets through e-commerce platforms, and thru the help of its partner, Unionbank GlobalLinker, the Metro Fiesta website was created and made sure that the "Manila Experience" will still be intact for the customers and buyers. Each participating MSME have creatively designed and matched their store themes to their products which can be easily navigated by the buyers.
